My name is Bryan, I am 13 years old and this is my second year with Kinder Farm's 4H Club. I hope you like my cross bred pig, her name is Fishstick. She is my first market animal and she was born on February 21. I have raised her since that time. I am in the novice category and Fishstick is healthy, has a good structure, maintained a consistent rate of gain and will make a good pork product. I learned how to buy a pig from the breeder, I learned how to tag her and made sure she had a good diet while monitoring her rate of gain. I also learned the basics of how to walk a pig and basic showmanship, but I'm still learning. My favorite part of raising Fishstick was being a part of a youth community and a fun pig team, where I learned from others with more experience and I also helped others. My pig is a good weight and very healthy, I hope you will consider buying my pig.
