Bonnie and Clyde

My name is Tucker Rossback.  I am 11 years old and I love Farming. This is my first year showing animals in 4-H. This year I have raised a pig named Chopper for market and two lambs named Bonnie and Clyde for market.

This is Bonnie. She is a cross breed and was born on February 20th 2024 on Bright Star Farm on the eastern shore. Her breeder, Mrs. Lori has been very helpful to me. She checks on us weekly  to make sure we are growing like we should be and she has taught me how to show my lambs.  Bonnie is spunky. She loves to run and jump.  She has been a lot of fun to raise this year. I feed them a handful of hay twice a day and Sunglo Show lamb feed from Bowen's Farm Supply. It has 17% protein and 3.5% fat.  I have raised Bonnie and Clyde in our neighborhood in Riva. I take them for long walks around the neighborhood and even down to the river for a quick dip in the South River.  All the neighborhood kids have enjoyed helping me care for them this summer.

I have also taken Bonnie and her partner in crime Clyde to several shows. The Sizzle show in Delaware, SMILE show in Southern Maryland and to the Cecil County Fair. Together we have learned a lot and met a ton of new friends. Showing sheep is no easy job.

Please help me earn money this year by bidding on Bonnie or sending in donations.  I have put a lot of time and money and hard work into my animals this year. It has been fun and I have learned a lot from them. If I make a profit I plan to save 30% of my earnings for a car and college and put 70% towards my market projects next year.  Hopefully I will be able to purchase more livestock and extend my pasture.

Thanks in advance for your support! Big and small amounts will allow me to continue to do what I love. I love being a Farmer.  Just a boy doing what I love. Thank a Farmer today, it's not an easy job, I know.

Thanks,

Tucker Rossback
